1. Stopping using the holocaust as a comparison for everything

2. That doesn't make any sense, Isis is a loosely organized non government orginization, the nazis were a well organized organization that systematically murdered.

3.FFS,if you wanted to draw a comparison between the current situation and a genocide just chose the Armenian genocide, that actually targeted Christian predominately!

ISIS has done executions by beheading their victims and cutting throats which "seems" more horrible to the average person than just shooting someone with an AK. Likewise using a pistol to execute someone puts the killer closer to the victim so it seems more horrible than death by firing squad.

Both of those methods bring the killer closer to the victim which also helps the cartoonist as it makes it easier to set up this comic. So it makes sense from the cartoonist's point of view to draw it like this.  (Also, he probably used an SS officer because it is easier to make his shadow distinct and more people recognize it than the shadow of an Wermacht trooper. Besides SS are EEEEVIL and more often identified with the Nazi crimes. ...And I think they actually did most of the civilian killings rather than the Wermacht. )

I actually giggled at the "See The Dog-Faced Dog".

With some modifications via Photoshop or whatever, it could be a Best Political Cartoon entry. Those teabaggers are certainly side-show material....Heck, they'd be too "freaky" even for The Enigma or Lizardman.

Turn the mundane, normal-looking family into a hybrid of the Duggars & Deliverance & add a few tea bags & it would be perfect.

EDIT: I just noticed the crossdressing dad in the lower left. Now that is a low-blow for the cartoonist.
