And doesn't this sound like it's singling planned parenthood out which would make it a bill of attainder (and therefore illegal?)

I grow cynical of what people like here consider a "majority of Americans". It is disheartening how so many conservatives only seem to like democracy when they can use to screw over someone else. But that's a whole other issue.
