Stumbled across this earlier today from a Facebook page I'm a fan with.  It's basically a quiz website that asks your opinions on political issues from basically all spheres of the government.  Then when you're done it tallies everything up and shows you how much your own views match up with each of the candidates views.  My top was Jill Stein (93%), and then Obama and Gary Johnson were the two runner ups.

Another reason I like this is because when you click on each specific candidate afterwards it gives you there exact views in short blurbs on each topic you were asked about on the quiz, so it makes it easy to see exactly where all the candidates stand on all the important issues.

I've done this before, and I'm actually amazed that it has kept track of everything I've said.

Any, where is where I stand:

Quote
Jill Stein (Green) - 90%
- On domestic policy, foreign policy, social, healthcare, immigration, science, and environmental issues

Rocky Anderson (Justice) - 86%
- On economic, social, foreign policy, healthcare, environmental, and immigration issues

Barack Obama (Democrat) - 83%
- On social, economic, healthcare, and science issues

Gary Johnson (Libertarian) - 83%
- On domestic policy, foreign policy, social, and immigration issues

Virgil Goode (Constitution) - 19%
- No major issues

Mitt Romney (Republican) - 12%
- No major issues

The winner: Jill Stein on just about everything she says (that is, 90% of them).

The loser(s): Tied with Virgil Goode and Mitt Romney, for much of the things they believe in are the antithesis of what I believe.

Candidates:
93% Jill Stein Green
on science, social, domestic policy, environmental, economic, foreign policy, and immigration issues
88% Barack Obama Democrat
on science, social, environmental, healthcare, immigration, and foreign policy issues
85% Gary Johnson Libertarian
on social, domestic policy, and immigration issues
5% Mitt Romney Republican
on foreign policy issues
64% American Voters
on science, domestic policy, social, environmental, economic, healthcare, foreign policy, and immigration issues.

Parties:
95% Democrat
93% Green
28% Libertarian
1% Republican

Issues:
the Environment - Most important to me
I side the most with Barack Obama, Rocky Anderson, and Jill Stein on environmental issues.
Social - Most important to me
I side the most with Rocky Anderson on social issues.
Domestic policy - More important to me
I side the most with Gary Johnson on domestic policy issues.
Science - More important to me
I side the most with Barack Obama on science issues.
the Economy - Somewhat important to me
I side the most with Jill Stein on economic issues.
Foreign Policy - Somewhat important to me
I side the most with Barack Obama on foreign policy issues.
Healthcare - Less important to me
I side the most with Barack Obama on healthcare issues.
Immigration - Less important to me
I side the most with Barack Obama on immigration issues.

To be honest the by issue aspect surprised me a bit with how much I seem to support Obama. The parties part also seemed a bit odd. I would have thought that I would have ended up with green party being the primary one instead of second to the democrats. I think the democrat platform lacks sincerity despite what they say which is why I don't support them, but at face value I guess It seems I do.

Obama
Stein
Johnson

I'm sure though that if a question asked which tax plan I supported, Johnson would top my list.

I got Jill Stein too. Why is everyone getting her? And is there really so little space between her and Obama (except on economy and the environment)?

Looking through the answers for Kansas (apparently, I agree with 57 percent of Kansas), I have one thing to say: If Kansas is this moderate how in the FUCK did we elect Brownback? Was it voter apathy or something?

Another Kansan . Hello.

Well, we did elect Sebellius twice. So that says something. I only agree with 53% of Kansans myself. Though apparently I agree with Romney on science issues because I think Space and Stem cell research should have more private incentives. I know my moderate conservative Catholic Father votes Democrat now because republicans have gone to the loony bin to get votes and not come back.
The material needs a defender more than the spiritual. If there is a higher power, it can defend itself from the material. Thus denotes 'higher power'.
