Guess who's defending it, and then some.
To be honest, I'm completely shocked. If it were a rumor, I would have passed it off as Obama supporters trying to pass the blame onto Bush again (not that a lot of things aren't excusable for Bush), but now ... Of course, a lot of people have been thinking Obama is just another Bush given how he's continued the latter's policies.
Conspiracy mode: Bush is taking the heat for Obama since he has nothing to lose now he's not president and is trying to hide something.

Why would Bush, a Republican, take the heat for Obama, a darkie, anyways?
Ironbite-no I'm not being racist there...that's how a lot of the GOP thinks of Obama.

Because all this ties in to his presidency and his party by extension. Most likely to keep attention away from this issue.
