Yeah, it's beautifully sarcastic against anti-vaccers. Is it an actual vintage cartoon? If it's new, the artist is amazingly accurate in doing that retro style.

Well, if you interpret it that way, then that's fine.

The weird thing is, it can be interpreted either way & that's what makes it so darn tricky.

(took another look at it & the other cartoon) - Yup, it's pro-vax.

Yeah, "Town of Notice How Nobody Ever Gets Polio or Smallpox Anymore" really gives it away. Also, while "lol" is abused as shit, I literally did laugh loudly when I read that.

I don't have a pic, but in the last episode of Batman Beyond, where Mad Stan puts a bomb on Zeta, there's a building that's in the background for a full minute with a big-ass sign: "NSA Mobile". Someone want to get a pic of that?
