I think the Ubisoft execs are too interested in selling the Far Cry 3 formula to actually explore such an idea. And even if they aren't, I can't exactly say I trust Ubisoft to handle it with care and actually put some depth into it.

Yep, that's the skeletons of a woman spanking a man with a cutting board whilst sat on a toilet next to a case full of drugs.  I have so many questions for Bathesda, but I'm not sure I want to know the answers.

Edit: In case anyone things I'm reading too much into some objects having fallen funny due to game physics being what they are, originally the board, and the skeletons, were placed such that it was more obvious she'd been spanking him with the board but I accidentally nudged them when taking the drugs from the metal box before I took the screencap.  They were too deliberately placed for it to have been accidental.

Yeah these Sega bundles are pretty dope, wish they'd bring Condemned 2 to PC but I'm lead to believe I was the only one that liked that game.

I played both condemned 1 + 2 a few years ago and nothing 'clicked' for me but if we're talking about ports we want to see on PC, I'd love to see Resonance of Fate. The in-built gun customization along with mod potential would be hilarious

Just finished Serpent Isle for the n+1th time.  ...What was the Guardian's plan there, again?  DID he have a plan?  The imbalance would've destroyed the whole universe, including the world he ruled and Black Gate showed the Guardian to be a conqueror, not a destroyer.  Hell, if anything, my restoring balance played...precisely...into his hands.  ...  Hm.

The events of Serpent Isle had almost nothing to do with the Guardian, but with Batlin.  The Guardian's backup plan was to use the Wall of Lights to enter Britannia by way of the Serpent Isle (transporting thru the Serpent Pillars), allowing him to conquer two worlds at once and destroy their ways of life, replacing them with a brutal dictatorship.  Batlin, however, found out about the ritual the Avatar later used to recreate the Chaos serpent and, greedy for power, decided to try it himself, binding the Banes into incomplete soul gems and using himself as the required base to which the Banes would be bound.  The Guardian was aware of this, due to his connection to Batlin's mind, but either didn't care enough to stop him or was somehow unable to do so.  When Batlin died, he was killed by the Banes, who were furious at having been trapped by him inside the soul gems.  The Guardian, however, saw a chance to spread misinformation and told the Avatar that he was responsible for Batlin's death knowing that, at the time, the Avatar knew nothing of trapping souls beyond what he'd done with Arcadion, who was a daemon.  During the endgame, the Guardian claims that his plan was to destroy all worlds thru imbalance, but this was deliberate misinformation meant to confuse the Avatar as to the Guardian's goals.  Secretly, Big Red was happy that the Avatar restored balance and saved the universe...for the Guardian to conquer.  Since the Avatar was at last within the Guardian's grasp, he deposited the Avatar on Pagan and made good his plans to conquer Britannia, possibly using Atarkan forces you encounter in Killorn Keep in Underworld II, led by the replacement for Mors Gotha.

TL;DR: The Guardian was being a hell of a lot more intelligent than I originally thought in SI.
