The one thing all Skyrim players agree on, regardless of their side in the civil war, is that the Thalmor need to be exterminated. Even though it doesn't really have an effect on the game, I make a point of wearing my amulet of Talos whenever I'm around Thalmor.

I take it one step further: I see Thalmor robes, I kill the person wearin 'em, in broad daylight, preferably with numerous witnesses.  Elven supremacy stops where the business end of my Khajiit's great axe begins.

Been playing Skyrim on the 360, and I keep wanting a DLC that takes me to the Summerset Isles soooooooo badly.  I see it there, and its like its one, big target screaming "PLEASE BURN ME!"  I wish to oblige it, and every filthy fucking gold-skin I encounter.

In before it is revealed that there are multiple factions of Thalmor and you need to help the “my Species doth protest too much” faction.

Pssh, the Altmer aren't a race, they're kindling.

(I've hated the "High" Elves since I first booted up Morrowind and saw their faces when selecting my race.  Each one as pompous as the last, and the little instinct part of my brain told me that I'd hate every single one of them.  It has not yet been proven wrong.)

Pro-tips:

Rolling is helpful in boss fights, especially since your shield may not be able to absorb all of their attacks

If an area is too hard, go in a different direction, find someplace you can manage

Find a weapon with a move-set you are comfortable with, and upgrade it to your satisfaction

PRAISE THE SUN

Try to avoid using walkthroughs in your first playthrough, makes the experience more satisfying

Anyone played Edge of Space? I noticed it's currently got a promotion on Steam where it's buy-1-get-1-free, and wanted to know if it's worth it. How is it compared to Terraria or Starbound?

As I'm sure we remember, when Xbox Live switched over from Microsoft Points to proper money, they gave everyone a bit of free credit (either that or I had a lot more Microsoft Points than I thought I did). I've been wondering for a while what to spend it on, then I found out that Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge is available. Needless to say, I'll soon find out if it's anywhere near as good as I remember it being.

Oh, I'd just like to mention that in that game, your planes are kept on a giant tie rack inside your personal zeppelin. That should say all that needs to be said, really.
