Just went "what the hell" and just ordered Pokémon X along with Mario & Luigi Dream Team (which means we - my brother and I - now have all four of the M&L series games).

I'm still determined to finish the Black version first.

I got rome 2. My god it looks like shit. And i found the combat quite...clunky. Too bad, because the main campaign interface is awesome

There'll be a couple dozen patches out soon to fix that.

After pre-ordering the turd fest that was Empire, I haven't bought a single TW game, and it seems for good reason. Patches weren't able to fix the clusterfuck that Empire was.

Edit: Rising Storm is so much fun.

Go with napoleon total war. Its smaller in scope but optimised waaaaaay better than empire

I have played both Napoleon and Shogun 2 (and expansions). Shogun 2 was kinda crap.

Napoleon was good, the enemy could form a line and artillery wasn't wildly inaccurate. It was just too small. Essentially a large expansion to Empire. And the SAI was pathetic, though the BAI was OK.

I'm just impressed by the people who actually "catch 'em all". The most I can be arsed to do is catch the six I want for my team + HM slaves and maybe the legendaries if I'm in a completionist sort of mood. Outside of that, every other pokemon can fuck right off.

I'm kind of in between "full completionist" and "go fuck yourself, 95% of Pokemon". If there's a Pokemon that I think will help in whatever gym I'm up against, I can usually be arsed to catch it. Otherwise I don't care unless it's cute, cool, or overpowered.

I do try to catch at least one of each type of Pokemon I come across, and will spend time in Safari Parks, etc to catch some, but I don't go out of way to try and catch everything.

I generally only care about catching the Pokemon I want for my team, but I always manage to accidentally catch several in the Safari Zone.

Got Y on Saturday but only got 1 badge so far, keep getting distracted by pokemon capturing.
