Fuck yeah.

I'm reading through the RR thread. Wow, watching their hopes crumble is kinda amusing. Their fundagelical tears will taste good with my celebratory mead in Valhalla.
Fundie Neighbour: "Pagans don't feel things the same way Christians do."

Me: "Just remember what the Vikings used to do to Christians that annoyed them."

Ready for some Rapture tears?

Quote
The people have spoke, we (Christians) are far out numbered.

If only there were some way to know how many Christians there are in the country! (Yes, I know there are only a handful of "true" Christians, who hate salt in their porridge.)

Sodom and Gomorrah move over you now have company.

Ezekiel 16: 49  "Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fullness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

So I guess that's true: we're lazy, fat, and extremely prideful. Also we do a terrible job helping the less fortunate. New Sodom, here we come!

I'm drinking... er... Coors Light...

Sir, Pete Coors used your money to fail to be elected as a Republican Congressman in Denver. I suggest you demand a refund.
"Great Britain's two most senior military officers added to the uneasiness. [...] Lord Wolseley, Adjutant General, thought that it might be possible for an enemy to invade without waiters and pastrycooks."

This is what I'm having, I didn't vote for Obama(went 3rd party here), but the Republican tears are too good to pass up.

Well there ya have it, there are more of them than there are of us.

God gave America what they wanted, liberal idiocy.

*Gasp* that's bordering on blasphemy!  ;D ;D ;D ;D
You know, all the whining aside, what jumped out at me was that one of them had a Doctor Who avatar.

How in hell are they allowed to like Doctor Who, considering all the messages of love and tolerance and Jack Harkness?

I think I know the poster you're talking about and I can't help but see the blatant dissonance there myself.

Yeah, really, I just...can't figure it out. You'd be hard pressed to *find* a more gay friendly show, for one thing, not to mention the Doctor's constant altruism and obviously liberal social ideas...

The cognitive dissonance just makes me need a drink.
