Change avatar limits?

Sorry, my fault... I'm kinda taking feedback at the moment and I was somewhat annoyed as I'd indicated it's obviously still in-progress.

As you can see... avatars have been set to 200x200 just now.

Hmm... the problem seems to be it's making every avatar exactly 200x200. Not "up to" 200x200. Or I guess I could see if re-submitting my avatar fixes that...

Edit: It did not. Just to keep the information fresh.

If it was from Photobucket or things like that... there was a setting that was being incorrectly set that was causing the issue. Fixed now, as you can see.

VirtualStranger:
If an avatar is any larger than around 150 pixels wide, the right side appears cut off.

I suggest that the max should be set to 150x150.
