Eh, my only issue is the use of the term "Muslim child". Children do not have a religion. They are a child of Muslim parents, nothing more. I am quite opposed to religious labeling of children. Let them develop on their own, don't force a label on them.

I don't feel all that comfortable ending my hiatus by bringing up an old issue but I'm still doing this because this is not the first nor will it probably be the last time the definition of racism has been the subject of an argument. So, I'm doing this hoping that I'll be able to clarify this issue for people since I've actually taken university courses in the subject.

Around 50 pages ago there was again the debate about the definition of racism: is it only prejudice or is it connected to the institutions and power? People seem to have the idea that it's just a redefinition the more zealous SJWs came up with but that's not the case. This definition of racism has its roots in the actual academic literature about ethnicity and racism. Yes, this is redefining a commonly used word but it's not unusual for an academic discipline to redefine terms more precisely in order to enable more accurate communication. I have nothing against the more colloquial definition as long as people are aware that the more precise use is a completely valid one. In this case it's not just SJWs making a fuss about nothing although I wouldn't be surprised if they were guilty of distorting that definition as well.

If I guess right he refers to a muslim artist in Deviantart - that's who came to my mind at least. He draws manga about the prejudices against muslims and his interpretation of Koran. Both the style and the message are so similar that I'd be surprised if this isn't his work.
