I remember a game (I forget for which platforms, I think it was the Wii and stuff) that had you playing as a spider and a scorpion.  As in, an actual spider... and an actual scorpion.

They didn't have any characterization.  No dialogue.  No thoughts.  No narrator, IIRC.  Just a spider going from one place to another, and a scorpion doing the same.  And they would have boss fights with each other whenever they encountered each other.

That was a bad-ass game.

One of my favorite games for a long time was Sim Ant. You had to built up and spread your ant colonies in this house's back yard, battle the red ants, invade the house, and when you had spread to enough spaces in the yard and house, you drove the owner out and won the game.
