...My guess is that the bottle will be empty when it returns to Earth.

Weren't all those controls biological?  I've never seen Weyland-Yutani trying to make the Xenomorphs into drones before.  Might not backfire on them.

AvP1 had xenomorph-cyborgs with built in guns... You know, the ones that were protecting the queen? So that control didn't work either and giving them firepower kinda backfired...
