I'm sorry, but I think this episode was WAY too over the top.  I hope they don't go further in this direction this season.

Sorry, but the next three episodes are titled "Too Many Rainbow Dashes", "Too Many Twilight Sparkles", and "Too Many Diamond Tiaras"~

Of course it was over the top, it was a Pinkie Pie episode O_o those are always over the top.

I actually quite enjoyed it.  A lot of poking fun at exaggerations of her character and her ability to more or less confuse the hell out of physics.

One dimensional Pinkies are just kind of...incredibly annoying, IMO.  Also, I appreciate gags, but I think that they kind of overdid the gags.  I dunno.  I guess I just find fanon depictions of Pinkie to be annoying sometimes, and some of the gags seemed to be trying too hard to appeal to fanon to me.  The whole plot kinda felt like an excuse to pander to gags/memes.

Fair enough.

Not every episode is going to appeal to every fan anyways.

Actually, in a way, the one-dimensional pinkie pies served to more or less illustrate that Pinkie Pie herself is more than one-dimensional.  But that's my interpretation.

There's a Monopoly game for Ipad, Iphone, Ipod touch, called Monopoly Hotels, and they have MLP:FIM rooms. My sister plays it, and she has a couple of the Pony rooms and showed me it today.

I decided to watch Yesterday's episode again.  I warmed up to it a little.  Not for the gags as much as the character focus on Pinkie - the real Pinkie.  Seeing her get so upset/sad, but being able to admit it's her fault is kinda nice.

I'd be more sympathetic if people here didn't act like they knew what they were saying when they were saying something very much wrong.

I have a fan theory for Sombra.  What if he was banished to Tartarus?

I still like the interpretation found online... that Sombra was depression personified.
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

Man, I seriously hope we get a glimpse of Tartarus in an upcoming episode. Also, the last episode had some fantastic Pinkie faces:
