That's the beauty of it. Someone who has a hate boner for women and homosexuals being in the military will concider this to be bad... Because it shows a woman and gay men in the military.

But if you really look at the comic, you'll notice that...

Well the first thing I noticed was that the woman is left handed, but that's just me. But looking at the picture it just shows soldiers on patrol and there appears to be nothing negative about the fact that they aren't all heterosexual men.

I've heard the argument made that he was not a True Communist, but a power-hungry maniac who would have joined any side that had the potential to give him more power.

I went to college with a Trotskyist who only ever referred to him as "the traitor, Stalin."

Lenin sure as hell didn't trust Stalin...from what I recall, he even tried to stop him from attaining any modicum of actual power.  Alas, Stalin was too ruthless and manipulative for Lenin's wishes to survive after he'd died.
