They both look like happy families to me.

Not every family has the time to make breakfast in the morning. And there's nothing wrong with that.

I dunno, the gay guy with the beard seems to be doing a good job, at least he's paying attention to the kid.

Goddam Musgrave. I was so happy when she got voted out, she was one of the most disgusting legislators I've seen. Shame she was from my state.
Excuse me, sir, do you have a minute to talk about your lord and savior, Hannibal Barca?

Yeah, if the pagans are so smart, why did Jesus invade Pagan-land on the back of a dragon and kill them all!

Asay (sp?) needs to work on his propaganda skills.  Both families, and both breakfasts seem adequate.

What about families or single mothers that can't afford breakfast for their kids?

Not every family has the time to make breakfast in the morning. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Has it ever occurred to these bozos that maybe some don't have a "Home Breakfast Program" because they don't have anything to make breakfast with?

I'm with you, The Doctor. Crappy propagandist. The top one could easily be a Progressive cartoon saying (they're both the same & loving). Maybe if he made the gay couple a pair of rejects from The Birdcage or Tom Of Finland artwork who are leering at the kids in icky fashion it might pass for Far-Right stupidity.

The second one, however, misses the point. Some families are too busy and/or too poor.

From a page called "The Tea Party," natch.  I gotta say I find it funny that Obama's giving a subtle middle finger in the picture of him, though.  That's how I feel about people who post shit like this.  Incidentally, the two Facebook folk who shared this (that I still "follow" are both relatives.
My friend's blog.  Check it out!

I blame/credit The Doctor with inspiring my name change.
