I am going to bet that that comic has been copied from something else. I swear I've seen that "joke" done for something else, I think it was used at least in one "I'm not racist but-" "SSSHHH! Don't finish that sentence" comic. Also, it might be that it was drawn directly onto another comic. Not certain about that but at least the poses look similar to the one I had seen earlier.

So another person took a comic with a progressive message & make it a regressive one, again?

Probably had some server trouble while posting. It can occasionally do things like that (truncating the text and adding a slash), if you get the "too many connections" page when submitting a post and then reload.
