How to download JW Player videos?

I've been trying to get some anime and 90's cartoons. Problem: No clue how to get JW Player files; I've Googled and found nothing that isn't outdated.

If it is a simple video embedded in a .swf file
right click anywhere on the page.
click on "view page info"
click on "Media"
inside the scroll down box, find and select the swf file you want.
click on "save as"

Failing that use capture software that uses WinPcap such as Replay Media Catcher.
