So unfortunately Tek goofed and the laptop thing isn't real.  Oh well.  Whoever was posing as HP is in some deep shit now.  I can hardly wrap my head around why someone would do something so mind-boggling stupid.

Well that's disappointing... I know Tek's gotta be unhappy, he's our geek pony...
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

So I just got done watching 8 episodes of season 1 of MLP:MIF. While I think the show is witty, sarcastic, colorful, etc. I don't think I would become a diehard fan of the show. I mean, it's a good show and I'm not hating on it, I just don't see what the hype is.

Well, noone said you had to be a diehard fan. :P  I think it's good to see that you can at least praise the show some for its merits.

Oh yeah.  I came here to mention that the yellow unicorn colt with dark hair reminds me of a cross between Seth and Cereal's OC ponies. XD

That's cool, I have no problem if it's not your cup of tea, I only have a problem when people are like "oh, it's a lame cartoon for 6 year old girls"

Yeah, it's the worst when they refuse to watch it. I know a few people on FB that have that attitude towards it, including my aunt, who was making fun of me a little over MLP.

The funniest part is that during the song you see her jumping up and down in joy

I do have to admit that my favorite characters so far is Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. I love Rainbow because of her spunk and Pinkie Pie because of her hyperactivity and optimism.

Yeah, Pinkie Pie at times seems almost Monty Python-esque in her weirdness. Which is a good thing.

Berry Punch (fanon name ftw) seemed pretty happy as well, when she got a cup earlier.

I've recently started to watch the show, but I wouldn't consider myself to the level of being a brony. The animation is simple but still really good(although it can look odd sometimes), and the writing brings back memories of shows I grew up on(funny, good message, etc.). One of my friends is a brony(well, one has stated they're one), and along with him, I saw references to the show on other sites I visit. I decided to give the show after watching the CR Familiar Faces review, and the first episode I saw was the one where Pinkie Pie babysits. When the joke about adultery came up, the first thing I thought was, "okay, this show might not be so bad after all." The jokes/references bring back a lot of memories about Animaniacs. The topics that were brought up in the Familiar Faces review were true, and the show really is entertaining. It's an entertaining show, and anyone who likes animation should give it a chance.

Also, one reason why I was hesitant to watch the show in the first place is because my only experience with My Little Pony prior to this was way back in Summer Camp when I got stuck watching the old show from the 80s.

So it's an entertaining show, but you won't find me doing any fanfic or drawings...that is, if I could draw in the first place.
