There is more to it than even that:
He has also publicly stated that he will be actively looking to cut employee hours at all locations so that all employees come in under the thresholds that will require the company (NOT him personally) to provide healthcare under the law.

That's what pisses me off about people like that: So they get a little less profit than they otherwise would. Big deal. Instead of sucking it up like the rest of us have to, they place profits above people and pass the increased costs onto us.
And they openly threaten us with that kind of shit while pretending to care, saying that they only think of us when they "warn" us of what
they will do.
