Murder is the (unlawful) killing of one human being by another human being. It is something a person does to another person. An animal is incapable of murder; it can only kill someone. Since POC can only kill white people and not murder them this means that by definition POC are in fact not human.

Since POC only rise to the level of animal our laws should be changed to reflect that fact. Their protections should be limited to the animal cruelty laws that all animals are granted. Since they are no longer chattels, they are considered wild or feral and the government is under no legal obligation to look out for their survival and well-being.
