ETA- I'll give a little hint. It's called objectifying and looking entirely past what someone says. By all means, say someone is cute but the sign says to me that 'being through enough' includes being objectified and ogled and on the verge of not being taken seriously because one is cute.

Ok, that's a round of hail that could have been avoided had I googled the phrase. I thought ogling was just another word for staring - a synonym. However, the dictionaries define it as "staring with lecherous intent", and lecherous in turn is defined as "excessive or offensive sexual desire". So, there's nothing wrong with looking - so long as you don't give off rape vibes.
