I think that's part of the point of the sign, though.  Men are almost never described as "promiscuous."  They're just sexually active.  It's a part of the hypocrisy.

But I guess the logic is that gay men are half-women so they can be judged by woman standards. :p

Photographer shoulda closed down the aperture and used a wider angle lens for better depth of field. The sign loses some of its meaning with the building out of focus.
