Yeah, I don't think it is fair to count both the Cold War and all the individual conflicts that arose from it. And The Civil War & World War II, while certainly wars, weren't exactly comparable to 'Nam or Iraq. No war is "good", but some wars are necessary.

Yeah, I don't think it is fair to count both the Cold War and all the individual conflicts that arose from it. And The Civil War & World War II, while certainly wars, weren't exactly comparable to 'Nam or Iraq. No war is "good", but some wars are necessary.

The sign isn't saying anything about necessary evil wars, tho.

Also the Cold War had skirmishes. But neither do you need to be sending troops off into battle for it to be a war.

Also the Cold War had skirmishes. But neither do you need to be sending troops off into battle for it to be a war.
