When you acknowledge how sexism, racism, heterosexism, transmisogyny, ablism, and classism intersect each other. It's not optional because all these forms of oppression overlap each other and to only focus on sexism without taking to account how sexism plays into racism erases people's experiences. One of the real criticism of mainstream feminism is that it caters to cis straight able-bodied middle class white women while ignoring disabled women, very poor women, queer women, women of color, and transwomen. For these reason, intersectional feminism came into being to address all these issue.

I don't even know why the churches are non-profit. They're involved regularly in politics now, and it doesn't help when politicians won't shut the fuck up about God, gawd, Angry Sky-Daddy, whatever.

True.  Honestly that church and some of these mega churches seem to forget that your tax exempt status cant involve directly telling people how to vote
