Help from Japanese speakers? (Recipe translation)

I ordered one of those nifty molds for making mini-donuts in the microwave.  It didn't really occur to me at the time that if you buy something from Japan, the instructions are probably going to be in Japanese.  And if JList/JBox provided any English-language instructions, I didn't see them.

Literally the only thing I know about the entire recipe (other than the obvious microwave aspect) is that it's in katakana, because it's not "squiggly" enough to be hiragana.  Yeah, I don't read Japanese at all.

If anyone can translate this for me, or point me to a place that can do so, please let me know!  (Seriously, I tried Google Translate, and it translated everything into romaji instead of English.  Not really helpful.)

ETA: Part of the problem is that I don't know where any of the spaces between words are supposed to be, so most translation sites can't cope with them.

Actually, that is hiragana (as well as kanji).

If you have a smart phone, there's probably an app somewhere that allows you to take a picture of the text and translate it into English.

Let's see what I can do.

Ingredients:
100g hotcake/pancake mix
1 medium egg
70cc milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salad oil

Method
1) Mix the egg, milk, sugar and oil together in a bowl, add the pancake mix last and mix so it does not become lumpy

2) Line the inside of the moulds with greaseproof paper, and coat the dish with excess salad oil.

3) Fill the moulds with the mixture from step 1 up to the line, tap the sides of the moulds so that bubbles do not remain in the mixture.

4) Put in the microwave (60 seconds at 500W, 50 seconds at 700W)

Bit in black suggests you heat them for 30 seconds, let them rest for 10, then heat for another 30.

5) Leave in the microwave for 1 minute after heating then remove.

6) Remove the donuts from the mould.


That's the important bits translated in a hurry, hope it all works.

My day job involves Japanese to English translations, usually of the patent variety, though I'm more usually rescuing some of the utter hatchet jobs we get from the translators.
