The AC has turned from an irritant into a problem. They sent a guy to look at it while we were elsewhere yesterday, and concluded that the condenser was overheating. I'm not sure if the fucker didn't bother with a proper inspection or WHAT, but I know a little about heating and cooling: CONDENSERS DON'T SPONTANEOUSLY OVERHEAT ON A 90 DEGREE DAY WITHOUT CAUSE. If your workers can't be parted from their fucking joints for more than the five to ten minutes it takes to inspect and replace an air filter, then you need to use someone else. This is bad NOW, but we have a pet, and its barely even summer in terms of heat. This bullshit will get dangerous come early to mid July. I will not tolerate this heat now, and I will certainly not tolerate it when summer really starts to get cooking.
