The hot pixel I've had for the past couple of weeks that's been driving me insane has fixed itself. Just as I was almost resigned to it always being a thing, as well. Now, if only that stuck pixel towards the bottom left corner would get its shit together, I'd have a perfectly unblemished screen.

I've been considering maybe doing a modded Minecraft LP.  Mostly because the spotlights and such for mods like RotaryCraft are either poorly-done or several versions behind, and people don't like covering them, ESPECIALLY RotaryCraft, because they're scawwy and involve horrible, horrible math.  Like multiplication and division.  The horror.  I shall become the Blood Knight of Minecraft!

Soooo, got the first episode of my LP uploading!  Shadowplay is very, VERY good.  If you've got an nVidia GTX 600 series or later video card (must be nVidia, though), I can't recommend it highly enough.  The video looks good, audio is perfectly fine, and it has pretty much ZERO performance impact whilst recording.  Hell, I might do Episode 2 while 1 is uploading...it'll take about an hour, lol.

It'll be up here at around 4:30PM Eastern Time.  Uploading 2.75GB of video takes quite a while, lol.

Also note that the video is unedited.  I don't have jack for editing software on this machine.  The first two episodes are more or less me rambling while I do beginner shit; the series will operate on the assumption that those watching it are familiar with vanilla mechanics.

Corel VideoStudio X6.  It works fairly well, but I might need to tweak either it or Shadowplay to reduce the amount of blur and general crap in the videos.  Not sure if those are compression artifacts or not...
