Rav and I successfully moved into a new apartment, and it's the best thing ever. I can barely contain myself. I just want to leave work and go unpack more.

a) for new apartment.

b) for managing to mostly unpack already. I know some friends who haven't finished unpacking even years after moving into a new home. (You are likely to find a random box or bag years later and wonder where the hell it has been for so long.)

That's hard to imagine. Though lots of people probably just throw half their stuff in the basement so they don't have to deal with it. I've just been throwing crap out or donating it.

I just finally solved the damn Google Doodle Rubick's Cube.

Maybe now I can have my life back.  Except it took me half an hour and over 400 moves, so I really need to get both of those numbers down, and memorize the sequences for moving around the top layer.

I have a flycatcher bird building a moss nest above my porch door. The bad news is that it puts the porch off limits the rest of the summer.  That is one awesomely acrobatic bird, even hovers inches away from my face. That made me move away from the porch indefinitely. Cute buggers.
