From what I've heard, the PMs will soon consider Motion 3-12, a motion that is similar to the person hood law that's being considered in Tennessee that may criminalize abortion by considering the fetus a person and therefore killing one a crime. What is the likelihood that the Canadian PMs will pass this motion? I understand that Harper's conservatism is similar to Bush's but would they really attempt to pass this legislation?
