I think the woman in the OP is certainly well on the road to dementia. Her speech was not very organized or coherent, and she makes ridiculous claims about other people (Hillary Clinton is a lesbian? lol wut?) and she is incredibly paranoid to boot.
Again, I hope she ends up as a meme alongside the likes of "EAT DA POO POO."
