Why would there be a lawsuit? They have the rights.

Warner Brothers has the rights to Batman and other DC comic characters.

Anyways, I've heard some interesting things but I don't do MMOs.

Got to play Gotham City Imposters while it was in beta. It's great fun, believe it or not... but I don't see the game becoming popular unfortunately.  :(

Why not?  It's only real competition is Team Fortress 2.  And even there I can see it beating them if they never produce the Meet the Pyro video.

Seen videos of gameplay.  Looks to be something of a TF2-inspired game.  And in that sense, I'm fine with it.

It's also completely irreverent with the Batman mythos, lol.  Guns? XD

These people are BAD at being Batman.  And that's why it's so great.
