Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback has officially signed a draconian anti-choice bill into law. The anti-abortion legislation, among other things, reaffirms the state's ban on abortions at 20 weeks (without exceptions), defines life as "beginning at fertilization", and mandates that women seeking an abortion must be given bullshit "facts" about abortion causing breast cancer and other nonsense. If this isn't batshit enough for you, Brownback had actually scribbled the phrase "JESUS + Mary" at the top of his notes about the bill. Once again, Kansas, you've managed to embarrass us all...

Again all these anti-abortion bills have one goal in mind.  To overthrow Roe vs. Wade.  They keep firing their magic bullets thinking that the SCOTUS will overturn it but they won't.  In their entire history they have never gone against their own rulings unless overwhelming public support says otherwise.  And these idiots don't have it.

Ironbite-just irritates me right now that this shit keeps happening.

I've never believed simply being pro-life made someone anti-woman. Some people just believe fetuses are human beings. But being anti-abortion with no exceptions sends someone right into anti-woman territory.
