That was by Martin Rowson, he and Steve Bell both contribute to the same series. (The fact that Cameron's been drawn as a shiny pink condom is very Steve Bell though) I tend to prefer Rowson.
I don't really follow the series, and the fur cup thing was a bit weird (obvious storm in a tea cup metaphor aside), but I still see it a bit like they're fleas on the sloth. It was a bit telling that the fat cats were walking away from the sloth too.
The keys(?) in the pail have got me beat. Not being able to read the labels doesn't help. The skeleton in the closet is that Tony Blair ("New" Labour, who was an appalling neocon moronic twat, who ironically headed up the left wing party), and he tried to modernise his party etc. Cameron's trying to bring the whole "New Labour" modernisation/detoxification of his party, but it always was a sham, and this is just pointing out their true colours.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/cartoon/2013/jan/25/martin-rowson-britain-gdp-cartoonThe Olympics always were going to be an anomaly and the tiny spike in GDP for that quarter was only ever going to turn the double dip recession into a triple dip one, and the death spiral from Osborne's policy has only just begun. He turned the recovery he inherited from Labour into a double dip recession, the triple-dip is as mentioned, and the worst of his policies haven't really been implemented yet. It's going to get really nasty indeed. Even the IMF, OECD and others think he's completely lost his marbles.
(Oh and there's a furry tea cup in the background there too.) --and the disappearing fat cats again.
