I found something amazing at Wal-Mart today. An honest-to-goodness, official Twilight Sparkle plushie!

I do love plushies. I currently have the jumbo ones for Pinkie Pie and Twilight, and the full line of the mini plushes with the ribbon-like manes (Pinkie, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash).

I wish I could get customs, but they're kind of ridiculous.

By "jumbo ones", do you mean the pillows?

Also, I must have been really friggin' lucky to find that thing. As far as I can tell, it was the only pony plushie in the entire store. Someone had just thrown it on a shelf. I never found where it was supposed to be, or saw any others in the store.

Hey guys, can I confess something?  I actually like the whole "Newborn Cuties" thing from MLP.  I mean, it's so utterly ridiculous that it's kinda charming in a way. XD

Other bronies may want it to die in a fire.  I just watch it and laugh my ass off.

I have one of those tiny plushies of Pinkie Pie, because she's the best.

I have never been so disturbed from the front picture of a youtube video that I have not clicked play.

But this crossed that line.
The material needs a defender more than the spiritual. If there is a higher power, it can defend itself from the material. Thus denotes 'higher power'.

Jumbo plush:

Also, the comic book came out today, and it's awesome~  If anyone's unable to get it, I wrote a full-on text recap of it for my blog. (And will continue to do so for future issues.)

I really enjoyed the new episode. I mean come on, Trixie is back, I love the smug bitch. That being said, it's official, to me Zecora IS the Yoda of MLP. The scene with her training Twilight really reminded me of the scene in ESB where Yoda trains Luke.

That was an interesting episode.  Other than the question of how they managed to get the message to the other ponies to use makeup as a form of trickery, it has a solid story.  Speaking of that, I suppose the only plausible explanation would be Fluttershy waiting near another part of the barrier for it to fall, and then the Mane 6 having the time to come up with their plan while Trixie's spending time gathering an audience.
