Yeah, I was the one who posted the thread about that. Rick Scott's a complete dingbat. He's like a young Monty Burns, varying between plainly evil and utterly pants-on-head retarded.

That was my first thought too.  How stupid do you have to be to report yourself to the authorities and expect to not get in trouble?  Though the fact that he thought he wouldn't get punished for killing a black person suggests he's not the bright in its own right.
