If someone took all the batshit insane conspiracy claims or distortions about Obama (clone of an Egyptian Pharaoh selected from birth to be president, trained in a Muslim terrorist school as a youth, went to Mars in college, pawn of the New World order planning FEMA death camps) and combined them with original story elements, you could have a pretty badass sci-fi novel.
