That said, I will say that ballistae are most definitely overpowered. Four of the buggers in a line and it seems the enemy no longer want to kill me on account of all the free javelins I'm sending their way.

I.  Fucking love.  Age of Wonders.  Its one of my single most favorite strategy games, like...ever.  In fact, I installed it on my laptop last night because you reminded me of it.  Thank you.

Got to hang out with my girlfriend, got new music and some new clothes, and found out that I'm actually really good at the ME3 multiplayer.  Yeah, today was a good day.

First paycheck today and it turns out I quite significantly overestimated how much I'd need to build an excellent gaming PC. I'll definitely have it by the end of the month at this rate.

And yes, I will donate to the Miles fund once I have both my laptop and debit card on me at the same time.

Got the original Doctor Who soundtrack yesterday, then talked to boyfriend for an hour and a half about love and our relationship and our plans for the future and whatnot. The current plan is for me to be a successful lawyer while he stays at home and writes his novel. ;D

Got offered a free ticket to Disneyland, so long as I can get my ass there. Coincidentally to meet up with a pretty girl, but I don't really expect this to go anywhere romantically/sexually.

It would probably freak me out if it did.

ETA: Also got through the last of my band's songs without getting lost. Twas a very good feeling.

Got some Switchblade Symphony on mah laptop last night.  Nice and calm, but awesome.  Really mellows me out.
