Title: Orly Taizt has a victory
Post by: ironbite on January 05, 2012, 07:45:27 pm
It's a small victory but it's a victory nonetheless

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/05/orly-taitz-birther-georgia_n_1185951.html

And for those without the benefits of a mouse clicking finger....

Quote
Orly Taitz, a California attorney and queen of the birthers, won a small victory this week when a judge in Georgia denied a motion by the Obama administration to have one her many challenges to the president's ballot eligibility dismissed.

Taitz, who maintains that Obama is not a natural-born citizen and therefore is not eligible to be president -- despite the White House's release of his full "long-form" birth certificate last year -- appeared elated at the decision:

"THANK YOU GOD!!! I AM READY TO CRY! AFTER 3 YEARS OF BATTLE FOR THE FIRST TIME A JUDGE RULED THAT OBAMA'S MOTION TO DISMISS IS DENIED. I CAN NOW DEPOSE OBAMA AND EVERYBODY ELSE INVOLVED WITHOUT ANY IMPEDIMENT," she wrote on her website.

Of course this means when it's found that he is a natural-born citizen...she's finally done.  Because after that, what's left for her to do?

Ironbite-besides a bullet to what she calls a heart

Why even do this the birther thing got settled long ago.

Because in some people's minds, it hasn't.  It will never be settled until the black man is tossed out of the White House.

Ironbite-cause it's a white House and obviously he's not american.

No matter what I do I read the name as Oily Taintz. >.<

Nice caps-lock lady.

I'm sorry, but I can't take her seriously since every time I see her name, I think:

This should probably be everyone's response to the things she says.

He probably did it because he's ready for you to get shut down. You waste people's time and taxpayer money money with your bullshit.

Because it's easier for her to do this than get shipped off to a battlefield like she was going to be when this bullcrap started.
Whether she's still playing the nutter, or really is a nutter, I've yet to decide

Orly Taitz is just redirecting her anger against Obama because she's afraid to get mad at her parents for naming her so stupid.

I would guess that it is a drawing of a cat with the head of Orly Taizt in order to make a funny based off of the fact that her name is the same as an internet meme.

Though it would be more appropriate if she were made into an owl.

Boring. Courts have ruled Obama eligible dozens of times, including Circuit Courts (the Supremes refused to rule, tacitly approving of the Circuit Court's ruling). This is just the latest.

Actually she was representing a solider who refused to to deploy on the basis that Obama is not a natural born citzen therefore not the Commander in Chief therefore not President

Ironbite-it's just gotten worse.

I'm not sure one should say that one is from the USSR since it doesn't exist anymore. Perhaps Former USSR?

She is from Moldova. Though at the time of her birth it was Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic. I don't know why I even care or think anyone else cares but the more you know?

Though the fact that she isn't even a US-born citizen does indeed make her batshit insanery even funnier.

I do imagine that to be used as a defense by Miss Taitz.

Well good for her. In the end I doubt it will matter. You can't reason with these people. So what is the status of this case anyway?

Her name... is Orly.

Orly.

I'd post the owl but someone already did. Yeah... I can't take that seriously either.

It's Oily Taint.

You know what's sad? She's a lawyer. She apparently speaks five languages. She's not a stupid person, and yet somehow she manages to spew delusion and paranoia whenever she opens her mouth.

....and with that you made her a lot less funny because she might be legit mentally ill.

Considering where she comes from, the cases of mental illness are extremely high because of their preferred prescription medication during all ills including pregnancy: vodka.

Still, I would not count on her being mentally ill. She could just be that rotten.

+5 for successfully using the SW Prequels in a positive light. :)

Except most of this should be basic logic and critical thinking that would be applicable almost anywhere. It’s not non-transferable knowledge, like the difference between a firewall and a rocket engine.

Still, what should be a transferable skill doesn’t always make the jump.

Considering her absurd conspiracy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orly_Taitz#Taitz.27s_claims_regarding_Barack_Obama) theories (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orly_Taitz#Taitz.27s_other_claims) and clear (http://www.ocregister.com/articles/taitz-215101-land-obama.html) persecution (http://www.ocregister.com/news/strong-258694-taitz-thomas.html) complex (http://tpmlivewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/09/birther-orly-taitz-compares-self-to-mandela-judge-treason.php), I wouldn't be surprised.
