Also, I didn't think about it until I didn't have time to post it (work), but I just realized that the embed I posted is missing at least a few seconds that I remember catching when I watched the livestream.

Even though the stream seems to pause at those stupid ads, it was probably the fault of the stream updating to "live" live at that point.  Happened to me.

It occurred to me that although Discord was manipulating Twilight and getter her all ticked off, he was actually steering her towards doing the right thing. Could that be Discord's new role? To help the Mane 6, but in the most troll-tastic ways possible? That would be great.

Loved the Hel out of that 2-parter!!  I can't wait to see how this changes things going forward.

Also, the flashback scenes were awesome.  All of them.

That sure would fit the "Q expy" thing quite well.  Speaking of that, that's exactly who he reminded me of in this ep.

I dislike Discord's redemption not because I liked him before, but because of how downright reckless it shows just how bad Equestrian goverment is at containing threats. I mean I'm not asking the mane 6 to become the SCP Foundation but at least lock up the statue and leave it!


(Fuck you, I am not being a pretentious freak for lashing out at minor plot holes in a show made for 6-8 year old girls!)
