Catholic priests are doing horrible shit every day, and this is the final straw? Not that it's not horrible, mind you, I'm just surprised that this provoked massive outrage when some of the other things that the Pope has said didn't.

I agree. This is obviously bad, but it is about average considering the history of the RCC.

I hate the slut shaming angle so much. It's not even just insulting to women (how dare you be proud of your own body!! Evil!!), but just as much so to men. Because obviously men are slobbering beasts who have no choice but to set upon any scantily-clad female in the proximity. Good to know that even a (celibate?) priest thinks that men are driven by their penii and all it takes to set them off is a little cleavage.

Father Corsi needs to use his period of reflection on serenity to just go ahead and get laid, apparently....because he is very, very, multi obsessively feeling the pain of celibacy a wee bit much. He should just concentrate on taking care of his neglected little penis, really, he should BLAME his penis. Not all the innocent hard working mothers and delightfully stylish young Italian fashionista women. The man has blue balls on the brain, which is starving what little oxygen his few brain cells need to keep him calm and happy. How can someone so ignorant and bitter ever make it through seminary? Is the RCC lowering it's standards that much?
