As well as had most, if not all, the hosts leave the Miss USA pageant.

Ironbite-no let him buy the nomination.  He's the best thing for the Democrats.

If Donald wins the Republican nominee, the real race will be between the Democratic Nominees, of which we currently have Sanders and Clinton. Unless I'm missing someone.

Webb would be a good one to pull a Clinton or Carter "he came outta nowhere!" rise in popularity. He was Secretary of the Navy under Reagan, IIRC. That's good street cred with non-wing nut Republican voters. He's not exciting, but more personable than Hillary, and has shown a fairly believable dislike of corrupt big business & bank political influence. I hope I live long enough to see a viable run by a progressive like Sanders, though.

Sanders, Clinton, Webb....I'll be happy if any of those three win. Sanders would be my ideal (I know zilch about the Webb guy) but any of them would do. Better than the alternative.

I was the same way with Obama vs. Clinton, years ago. I was totally dumbfounded at the intense rivalry between Hillary & Barack supporters. Besides, either would have been a big "first", First Black Prez or First Female Prez.

Hillary wouldn't be my ideal but if she were to win both Nomination & Presidency, I would certainly be overjoyed to see a woman conquer the ultimate "Glass Ceiling". It's pretty embarrassing to have less-progressive/more-misogynist/2nd-3rd World countries have female heads-of-state before yours. India come to mind....Indra Gandhi, I'm looking at YOU!

Just read up on Webb, who I hadn't heard of.  His positions sound pretty good.  I'll have to see him in a debate or two, but I'm with Barb, Clinton isn't optimal, and Sanders ain't quite right either, but those three choices sound pretty good compared to the usual GOP drivel.
