Found it at Wegmans; I forget the exact brand, but it had the two seasoning packets and was of oriental flavour. Cook the noodles a bit less than recommended, and put the packet contents into the bowl, not the pot. Put the pepper (fresh cracked black and McCormick red) into the water so they can soak into the noodles. Don't cover the pot, so it doesn't boil over and potentially cost you peppery goodness. Cook the chicken and tofu together, just put pepper and salt on em. Cook the chicken on medium high heat til its cooked just over halfway through, turn the heat down to medium low and flip both, then season the other sides. With the Perdue single-serve chicken breasts, you can cook it in about as long as it takes for the noodles to get done. If you did it right, you can cut the chicken with a soft silicone spatula. Mix up the soup, cut the tofu into cubes and chicken into small strips, mix the bok choy into the soup, then top with chicken, tofu, and a light sprinkle of salt.
