Is it just me or are some avatars broken?

Hello everyone,

The avatar issue should be corrected. The issue was two items:

Firstly, there was a cryptography certificate that had accidentally expired that saw https://forums.fstdt.net (where avatars are sourced from) being unavailable for most people. This was corrected by updating the certificate and adding it to the certificate monitoring system.

Secondly, avatar uploads had fallen back to a former filesystem (directory/folder) location, so uploads were being sent to the wrong location, thus uploads weren't completing. This has been re-configured correctly.

Any upload attempts made in the meantime during the duration of this issue should be re-uploaded or re-set.
