I thought it was spelled "cyborg".
Obviously Psiborgs are different than regular Cyborgs. Maybe they have Psionic abilities for example.

Maybe the cartoonist draws at a scale in black marker on paper too small in which to do point shading or line shading with that marker. Apparently, they don't like using a fine point pen or marker, and don't use grey scale in-fill after scanning the drawing. I guess s/he thinks that would look odd, considering their very old-school cartoon drawing style.
