One of the things I think is worth criticising in the Social Justice movement is that they focus a lot more on privilege that works in discrete categories (man vs woman, white vs non-white, straight vs queer, cis vs trans) than privilege that works on continuous traits (wealth, attractiveness, and yes, height). The obvious reason is that discrete categories are simpler and easier to build a narrative around, but I'm not sure that's all that's going on. For one, weight is the obvious exception to the rule, and I could speculate about that but I don't have a good model that accounts for it.

Still, it's as far as I know true that there are social advantages to being tall (for example). I don't think that means we need to start a social activist cause around it, mind you.

That chart is measured using Imperial units, and was thus likely created by savages, which means it can be easily ignored.

I know a website for that (Not really but I couldn't resist the obvious joke.)

So my guidance counselor fucked up with my enrollment into Community College today. My major was supposed to be general biology...somehow that translated into veterinary studies.

Well, I just had a debate with a complete moron. First she spoke against the flu shot and HPV vaccine, and I stated why they were beneficial. Then she mentioned how her mom repeatedly got the flu from the shot (not possible) so I countered with citations stating as such. She also went on about homeopathy being far better, and I countered with citations showing it to be a placebo equivalent. She eventually resorted to "We'll just have to agree to disagree."

You can't disagree with a goddamn fact, you fuckface.
