My new hobby is finding patterns in this plot of PIN frequency.

The spots for 1234 and 4321, the dark lines at 19XX and 20XX, the diagonal of symmetrical numbers...

I might need better hobbies.

People really need to stop making their PIN someone's birth year.
There is no plague more evil and vile to watch spread than the plague that is the Von Habsburg dynasty.

Yeah, that's why I chose 1234 as my PIN number.
It's also the same as my credit card number and computer password so I can remember it.

I went with 1729. The reference is too obscure for 99% of the US population to get it, so I know I'm safe.

Any of you remember that Tumblr argument generator I found a few months or so ago? Well, I found an even better one.

Enjoy!

Seems like a pretty good hobby to me.

Also, there is a diagonal row of individual points created by sequential numbers 2345 through 6789.

RIP Tony Benn (1925 - 2014)

"There is no moral difference between a stealth bomber and a suicide bomber. Both kill innocent people for political reasons."

“If we can find the money to kill people, we can find the money to help people.”

"I'm not frightened about death. I don't know why, but I just feel that at a certain moment your switch is switched off, and that's it. And you can't do anything about it."

You can also see two overlapping rectangles, one vertical and one horizontal, for DDMM vs MMDD patterns for dates. With an uneven edge for months with less than 31 days.

And as someone pointed out to me, a horizontal line for numbers ending in 69.
