Speaking as a left hander, the only thing that needs to be done to that rifle is to move the cheek-weld to the other side.

When you are firing a sniper rifle with a bipod from a prone position you have your dominant hand on the grip/trigger and your other hand is on the butt stock and you use it to move the rifle. Actually, this means that reloading it is easier for a lefty as your dominant hand is already near the bolt and moving it will not change your aiming as much.

My biggest issue with the Finnish sniper rifles was that the cheek weld was so damn huge that I nearly couldn't get my eye to the scope. Otherwise using a bolt action sniper rifle was not a problem. (And if I had been a sniper rather than just some random soldier who got to try the rifle once I would have been allowed to change the cheek weld.)
