I got a new job working at an organic fast-food place that's opening soon. Training starts a week from Monday, with an orientation next weekend, and when I asked about full vs. part-time, the manager said he would give me as many hours as I could handle. Even if it's minimum wage or just a bit more, I'll save an assload in commuting costs, so if I can swing full-time hours, I'll probably actually come out ahead.

Reading this post reminded me of a song I hadn't heard in ages. After finding it from youtube I put it on and out toddler apparently liked the song because she began smiling and nodding to the tune of the song.

Man, I had something similar to me happen. There was a song I wanted to find several years ago, but I never could because I didn't know the artist, title, or any lyrics. Just the tune. I heard it at work one day and nearly flipped my lid in excitement.

I just got back from a transgender support group and I had a blast! What started as a 2 hour meeting ended with me and another girl sitting in her car, chatting for close to five hours about anything & everything.
