it... it reads like a bad manga...
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

My mom's friend's son had his spleen seriously damaged (ruptured, punctured, I don't remember, it might not have broke skin0 be the handlebars when he crashed his four-wheeler. A lot of dirt bike and ATV riders will tell you "if you ain't turned it over, been thrown off, or such, then you ain't doin' it right!" THat said they mean a "crash" where the worst injury is a bruise and you muscles hurting tomorrow, which is all that happens in probably 97%(that's a guess) of ATV and dirt bike accidents. You should at a minimum wear a helmet when riding(exception for riding on flat roads around a small farm to move stuff).
History is full of maniacs, my friend, men and women of intelect, highly perceptive individuals, who's brilliant minds know neither restraint nor taboo. Such notions are the devils we must slay for the edification of pony-kind. Even if said edification means violating the rules of decency, society, and rightousness itself.

Bars absolutely can stab on impact, if they don't have end caps on. It's a pressure thing.

I suppose "make sure your bike is in order, and don't be a dick" doesn't sell well.

I'd like to see one for cars where they explain to look for bikes before running them over or that passing them close enough to scrape handlebars is a bad thing.

Handlebars can impale, depending on forces whether they have end caps or not.

But you see the point was to teach kids to be careful of idiotic adults. I dunno with a couple of these I was getting vibes that it was not the fault of the biker

I wonder when the next PSA Hell will be.

What's the problem here?  So the kid wearing the helmet looks a little dorky.  I'll admit, however, that I don't understand why it takes an entire comic book to point this out.
I am an old man, and I've seen many problems, most of which never happened.

Heh, you can't avoid idiots all the time. I almost got run over tonight because I stopped for a train and the guy behind me desperately wanted to make it past. He rubbed my rear view mirror shooting past

Oh yes, easily. You can put a two-by-four through your torso and live - it all depends on where the puncture occurs. Hell, you can survive being cut in half.
